Turkish Airlines is pleased to announce that Sydney flights, which are currently operated as 5 flights per week routed via Kuala Lumpur as:
Istanbul – Kuala Lumpur (KUL) – Sydney (SYD) – Kuala Lumpur (KUL) – Istanbul
will as of October 26, 2026 be routed via Singapore as
Istanbul – Singapore (SIN) – Sydney (SYD) – Singapore (SIN) – Istanbul.
As these flights will operate in connection with Singapore (SIN), where 5th freedom traffic rights exist between the relevant countries, Turkish Airlines will also be able to carry new passengers between Singapore and Sydney without the need for the passenger to travel to/from Istanbul. Please find below the planned schedule.
