In accordance with the terms of IATA Resolution 830d, and to allow airlines to notify passengers of irregular flight operations, it is mandatory to provide a contact number and email address of the lead passenger, or anyone nominated by the lead passenger.

Please ensure these contact details are included when making Fareteam bookings. This information will only be used by the airline in the event of irregular flight operations and will not be used or retained by Fareteam.

Agents should not use their travel agent’s own email/phone number or provide false contact information. If you have entered incorrect information, please contact agentsupport@fareteam.com with the correct information and our team can update the bookings.

It is inevitable airlines will penalise for bookings that do not include the required contact information. Therefore, we request your cooperation and support to comply with the Resolution.
