We recommend agents check the Agency Account Table (AAT) settings, and make sure the CDOB (Child Date of Birth)  is set to YES to ensure that Travelport only accepts SSRs that are correctly formatted.

To add the child’s date of birth to their name, use the following entry format:

N.NAME/CHILD TITLE*P-C05 DOBDDMMMYY Child

Failure to correctly enter CHLD SSR will be considered as an abuse of system by Emirates and Emirates reserves the right to take any actions as it deems fit to recover any monies due to it and to prevent any further infringements from taking place.
